Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled check-in time receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will be charged one night’s stay (plus applicable taxes).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.

All cancellations must be received via email or by phone during business hours. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
